Prior to joining WilmerHale in 2016, Ms. Hartmann worked at U.S. Customs and Border Protection as an analyst in the Office of International Affairs. She has extensive experience advising private sector clients on classification, valuation, and non-preferential and preferential rules of origin under FTAs, including the unique rules that apply for key economic sectors such as agriculture, textiles, chemicals/pharmaceuticals, and automobiles, as well as how to structure supply chains to mitigate tariff impact.
