Dr. Lee E. Meadows serves as the Workplace Innovation Leader for Copper Hill, where he helps organizations prepare for the future of work through leadership development, workforce strategy, and organizational innovation.

With more than three decades of experience in leadership, talent development, and organizational consulting,
Dr. Meadows works at the intersection of people, technology, and business performance. His work focuses on

compete in an increasingly global and rapidly changing environment.


Holding B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees from Michigan State University, Dr. Meadows is a nationally recognized
