Since founding Copper Hill in 2014, Jenae has led the company from a small consulting practice into a rapidly growing organization serving many of the world’s most recognized brands. Under her leadership, Copper Hill has experienced consistent year-over-year growth while expanding its capabilities across trade compliance, customs, foreign-trade zones, free trade agreements, classification, and broader global trade operations.
Throughout that growth, Jenae recognized a challenge facing the industry: companies were often forced to choose between investing heavily in internal resources, relying entirely on outside consultants, or implementing software that lacked the expertise required to drive meaningful results. She believed there was a better approach.
That belief led to the development of Copper Hill’s managed-first solution model, which combines technology, expert services, and operational best practices into a single, scalable offering.
