With more than 20 years of experience in customs and global trade management, Hayley has built a distinguished career helping organizations navigate complex trade requirements while improving efficiency and compliance. Her expertise spans Free Trade Agreement (FTA) qualification, country of origin determination, supplier solicitation, global classification, and trade program management. Early in her career, she worked directly with a major automotive supplier, gaining firsthand experience managing large-scale trade programs and developing practical solutions to complex compliance challenges.
Throughout her tenure at Copper Hill, Hayley has played a key role in scaling the company’s managed services and client delivery capabilities. She was instrumental in leading the implementation of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) across Copper Hill’s client base, helping organizations successfully transition to new regulatory requirements while maintaining compliance and business continuity.
Today, Hayley focuses on strengthening client partnerships, driving operational excellence, and ensuring organizations achieve measurable value from Copper Hill’s integrated technology and services model. Her leadership helps clients navigate an increasingly complex global trade environment while building scalable, sustainable trade operations for the future.
Hayley is a Licensed U.S. Customs Broker and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Eastern Michigan University.
