The Data Integration team is responsible for ensuring that data entering Copper Hill’s ecosystem is accurate, complete, and properly connected. Team members support data intake, validation, integration monitoring, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that enable operational efficiency and high-quality client outcomes. By partnering across Operations, Product, Engineering, and Client Experience teams, Data Integration helps create a scalable and reliable foundation for Copper Hill’s technology-enabled solutions.

- Monitor inbound client communications, files, and data submissions
- Process, validate, and organize incoming client data
- Assist with data quality checks and validation procedures
