Before joining Lam Research, Ben spent a decade with Expeditors International, serving in leadership roles including Customs Broker, Account Manager, Compliance Manager, and District Compliance Manager. He successfully led dedicated trade compliance programs for major Silicon Valley technology companies, helping organizations navigate complex customs and regulatory requirements.
Ben began his trade career with Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in San Francisco and has been a Licensed U.S. Customs Broker for over 11 years. His extensive experience across brokerage, compliance, and corporate trade operations has established him as a trusted advisor on customs compliance, FTZ management, duty recovery, and global trade strategy. Originally from Liverpool, England, Ben moved to the United States in 2011 and currently resides in California.
