Job Description:
The Systems Integrations Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing integrations between client systems and the company’s platform. This role involves configuring software to meet client-specific requirements, troubleshooting data migration challenges, and ensuring seamless interoperability between systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective integration solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Configure software to meet client-specific needs while adhering to system capabilities
and limitations. -
Design and implement data feed integrations for both inbound and outbound client
data. -
Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues, ensuring seamless transitions from
legacy systems to new software. -
Validate client data for compatibility with the Copper Hill system and ensure it meets
the minimum requirements for operational continuity. -
Optimize data transformation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy during data
migration phases. - Collaborate closely with Product and Technology teams to address technical challenges
and ensure system compatibility. - Document integration processes, migration procedures, and technical requirements to
ensure transparency and scalability - Provide technical support to internal teams and clients during integration and migration
activities.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or
equivalent technical experience. -
Proficiency with data transformation tools, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes,
and integration platforms. -
Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data feed integrations.

Experience with troubleshooting complex technical issues and resolving data
compatibility challenges. -
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with technical and
non-technical stakeholders.
