Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Copper Hill, Inc. Headquarters – Livonia, MI 

Overview:

Copper Hill is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day marketing execution, internal alignment, and campaign delivery as we scale our global trade solutions platform.

This role works directly with executive leadership and a high-performing fractional marketing partner to bring strategy to life across brand, content, and demand generation initiatives.

This is a highly visible role with ownership over execution, cross-functional collaboration, and key initiatives such as Copper Summit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Execution & Campaign Ownership
    • Own execution of marketing campaigns across digital, events, email, and content
    • Translate leadership strategy into actionable marketing plans
    • Manage timelines, deliverables, and performance across campaigns
  • Internal Alignment & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as the primary marketing point of contact for Sales, Leadership, and Product teams
    • Ensure marketing efforts align with sales priorities and revenue goals
    • Run internal marketing meetings and drive accountability across stakeholders
  • Event & Initiative Leadership
    • Lead planning and execution of Copper Hill’s flagship event (Copper Summit)
    • Coordinate between vendors, internal teams, and leadership
    • Drive pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing strategy
  • Vendor & Fractional Partner Management
    • Work closely with Copper Hill’s fractional marketing partner to execute:
    • Website updates
    • Marketing automation (HubSpot)
    • Design and creative assets
    • Ensure seamless coordination between internal and external teams
  • Marketing Operations & Reporting
    • Track campaign performance and provide insights on effectiveness
    • Report on key metrics tied to engagement, pipeline, and campaign success
    • Continuously improving processes and execution efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4–8 years of marketing experience (B2B preferred)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting campaigns, events, and/or content initiatives
  • Comfortable working alongside external partners and agencies

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing platforms
  • Exposure to SaaS, consulting, or professional services
  • Experience supporting sales teams or pipeline generation
