Copper Hill is excited to announce the addition of Rich Davenport as Vice President of Client Experience. In this role, Davenport will oversee all aspects of client satisfaction, ensure seamless customer onboarding, and drive continuous improvement in client service delivery.
Davenport brings 27 years of experience delivering software-driven solutions across various industries, with over a decade dedicated to Global Trade Management (GTM). His expertise spans import/export compliance, classification, denied party screening, free trade agreements (FTA), and foreign trade zones (FTZ). He specializes in integrating disparate systems to create seamless, automated solutions that enhance efficiency, ensure compliance, and drive business success.
