She gained the majority of her knowledge by working directly with a major automotive supplier as a client early in her career. Since then, Hayley has worked with a wide range of clientele and commodities ensuring compliant FTA determination and HTS classification for an extensive variety of trade programs. In 2020 she was an integral part of the implementation of USMCA for all of Copper Hill’s clients, overseeing the execution and conformity with the new requirements.
Hayley is a Licensed Customs Broker and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Eastern Michigan University.
