Users

The Users screen, found under System Settings, allows the user to view and manage user accounts within the CH software. From this area, the user can see a list of system users along with key identifying information and account status details. The Users screen supports administrative oversight by providing visibility into who has access to the system and how user accounts are configured. This section is used to support user access control, role assignment, and overall system security by centralizing user‑related information in one location.

Users can search and filter the list of system users displayed on the main screen. The Users table shows user‑level details including Email, First Name, Last Name, Display Name, Roles, Zones, and Last Login. A search field at the top of the table allows the user to quickly locate specific users, with an option to clear the search results.

Filtering capabilities are available through the Filter option, which opens a filter panel on the right side of the screen. The filter panel allows results to be narrowed by Email, First Name, Last Name, Display Name, Roles, and Zones, helping the user refine the list based on specific criteria.

Managers have access to the User screen to view the roles assigned to support staff. However, unlike Client Administrators, managers do not have the authority to add or remove user access. While it is possible to search, filter, and review user details and assigned roles, editing capabilities are not available in this role.

Click on the ‘Roles’ icon to view a list of all the roles that can be assigned to a user.

To add a new user and assign roles, click Add User. To edit or remove a user’s access, use the ellipsis menu next to their name. Additionally, you can filter the user list and view all available roles as needed. The panel displays the associated Client and includes required fields for Email and Roles, along with an optional Zones field. A ‘Multiple Users’ option is also available for adding more than one user at a time.
