The Ingestions page displays all ingested materials associated with the selected client. Users can search, filter, and upload new materials as needed. Each entry includes the original file available for download, along with a validation errors file if any issues were identified during ingestion.
The results include file Type, File name, File source, status, date received, original file, and validation errors. The status chip will update as your file runs through the validations.
Possible statuses include: Open, Awaiting ingestion, Partially Loaded, Complete, and Failed Validation.

Uploading a File #
The Ingestion Results screen allows users to submit new files into the system for processing. Users can click the + Upload New button located in the top right corner of the screen. This action opens the upload panel, where users are prompted to choose the appropriate file type and file source from drop-down menus. Choose file type and file source to populate a template.

If the selected file type supports it, a Template button will become active. Clicking this button allows users to download a pre-formatted Excel file containing the required fields. This ensures that users input the correct data format for successful ingestion. Once the excel is filled out, users can return to this screen to either drag and drop the completed file into the upload box or click Browse Files to locate it manually from their device.
After completing your template, save it to your computer and upload it to the system. A green banner will appear at the bottom of the screen confirming the upload was successful. Your file will then be added as a new entry in the ingestion results, displaying the file name and an updating status.

Inbound Sources #
When the user selects Inbound Sources, a side panel opens displaying the list of inbound data sources available to the system. Each inbound source represents a specific type of data being ingested, such as inventory transactions, classification content, inventory reconciliation, part details, inbound shipments, completed classification, and company data.
For each inbound source, the panel shows the source name and its associated data type, providing visibility into what kinds of inbound files or integrations are supported. Toggle controls are visible next to each source, indicating whether that inbound source is enabled or disabled. This allows the user to view and control which inbound data sources are active for processing. This panel also includes an option to add a new inbound source, supporting configuration and expansion of inbound ingestion capabilities.
