The Copper Hill FTA Dashboard is a comprehensive analytics tool designed to streamline and monitor FTA operations. The dashboard provides users with an at-a-glance overview of key metrics such as inventory levels, part counts, and compliance statuses, all visualized through interactive charts and tables. Users can explore operational trends, track classification requests, and analyze activities over various timeframes. The tool emphasizes interactivity, allowing users to drill down into specific data points for deeper analysis and operational insights.
The summary boxes show the following totals:
Total Requests, Completed, and Pending.
The interactive circle chart shows the breakdown of total workload by Pending, Invalid Source, Complete, Missing Source, Open, Missing Part Reference, Missing BOM, Missing Source of Cross Reference, Invalid BOM.
Within the FTA dashboard, users can use filters to narrow down workload by Destination Country, Blanket Start, Blanket End, Request Origin, Project Name, Customer, Supplier, Plant, and FTA.
On the dashboard, users can view and analyze qualification progress and part counts across different suppliers and plants.
Below is a table that provides an overview of customer names, their request counts, and the percentage of qualifications completed.
Key metrics are highlighted in boxes including the total number of qualifications, the percentage completed, and the number still pending.
Pie charts break down qualifications by status (Complete, Pending, Missing HS, Missing BOM), and the other pie chart shows part counts grouped by FTA type. These pie charts are interactive and allow users to monitor progress, identify gaps, and focus on areas requiring attention for compliance or operational efficiency.
Clicking on a slice of the pie will inform the entire dashboard.
Qualification Request Metrics #
Total Requests
Total number of request lines submitted. Each submitted part is counted individually (for example, a request with 15 parts will display as 15). Parts requested multiple times are counted each time they are submitted. Closed requests are excluded.
Pending
Number of requests that are still awaiting resolution.
Completed
Percentage of requests that have been completed. Closed requests are excluded.
Qualification Request Status
Displays the distribution of qualification requests by status. A part may appear multiple times if it is requested for different customers.
Top Prioritized Customers
Lists customers from highest to lowest number of requests, along with the distribution of completed versus pending requests. The same data is also shown in a table below the chart. Selecting a customer filters all visuals to that customer.
Qualification Workload Metrics #
Total Qualifications
The number of unique qualification workload records. If a part is requested for multiple customers, or requested multiple times for the same customer, each record is counted once per part, plant, blanket period, FTA, destination, and end use.
Completed (Qualification)
The percentage of qualification workload records that have been completed.
Pending (Qualification)
The number of qualification workload records that are still in progress.
Qualifications
Displays the distribution of qualification workload by status.
Part Count
Shows the distribution of qualification workload by FTA.
Plant Table
Provides a detailed view of total, pending, and completed qualification workload by plant. Selecting a plant filters all visuals to that plant.
Eligibility Status
Shows the distribution of qualification results by FTA.
Solicitation Workload Metrics #
Totals
Displays suppliers ranked from most to least requested, along with the distribution of requests that are pending supplier response versus completed. Selecting a supplier filters all visuals to that supplier.
Solicitations
Shows the distribution of all solicitation requests by current status.
BOM Analysis
Displays how each supplier contributes to the open Qualification workload.
Impacted Qualifications
Indicates the number of Qualification workload records affected by the selected supplier.
Part Count
Shows the number of unique materials the supplier provides across all open Qualification workloads.
Solicitation Request Count
Indicates the total number of solicitation requests opened for the supplier’s materials. A separate request is created for each FTA and Blanket Period.
Pending Response
Shows the number of solicitation requests impacting Qualification workload that are still awaiting a response from the supplier.
Average Percentage of Good
Represents the average value percentage of good for materials associated with solicitation requests impacting Qualification workload. If a supplier provides a material used in multiple BOMs with different value percentages, this metric reflects the average across those BOMs.
