The Copper Hill FTZ Dashboard provides a centralized view of Foreign Trade Zone activity and inventory across selected zones. The dashboard offers an at‑a‑glance view of key FTZ metrics, including inventory levels, part counts, admission activity, and outbound movements, displayed through interactive charts and summary metrics. Users can review historical and current trends related to inbound receipts, suspense activity, outbound shipments, and inventory value over selectable time periods. Interactive charts and filters allow users to isolate specific data points, enabling deeper insight into zone activity, compliance status, and overall FTZ operations.

The summary boxes at the top of the FTZ Dashboard provide a high‑level overview of activity for the selected zone. The zone selector allows users to switch between multiple zones, and the entire dashboard updates automatically based on the selected zone. These summary metrics include Inventory on Hand, which shows the total quantity of inventory currently in the zone; Distinct Parts, which displays the number of unique parts present; Parts Out of Balance, which identifies parts where the inventory balance in Copper Hill differs from the zone’s ERP; and Total Value, which reflects the combined value of all inventory currently held in the zone.
Within the Classification dashboard users can view classification requests from a selected period (today, yesterday, last 7 days, last 30 days, last 60 days, last 90 days).
The interactive circle chart shows the breakdown of total workload BOL/IT Not on File, Data Confirmation: Other, and Missing Document.
Tables and graphs display Inbound Counts by Week, Outbound Counts by Month, Total Value Admitted by Day, and Duty Spend by Day. Selecting a value within a table or graph will isolate that specific data point in the corresponding bar graph.
Clicking on a section of the circle expands the breakdown by status.

Isolated data can be viewed by selecting a value in the graph, which updates the information displayed in the tables and graphs on the dashboard.

Suspense #

The Suspense chart provides a historical view of receipts that have been held from admission into the zone, grouped by the reason for suspension. This chart tracks how many receipts were suspended and not admitted at a given point in time, offering insight into trends and common suspension causes. It is important to note that this data is historical, meaning a receipt shown as suspended may have been admitted at a later date, but the chart preserves the record of that suspension activity.
Inbound Counts #

The Inbound Counts section shows historical admission activity into the zone over time. It includes the total number of admissions by month, the number of unique shipments represented by those admissions, and the count of individual foreign receipts included within them. This section also tracks the total value of inventory admitted into the zone, displayed by week, providing visibility into inbound volume and shipment value trends.
Outbound Counts #

The Outbound Counts section displays monthly trends for inventory leaving the zone. This includes outbound shipments, zone‑to‑zone movements, components consumed during manufacturing, negative inventory adjustments, and exports sent to other countries. Together, these metrics provide insight into how inventory exits the zone and how it is consumed or adjusted over time. Some export‑specific visuals may not be displayed in this view and require additional screenshots for reference.
Total Value Admitted #

The Total Value Admitted chart displays the total dollar value of goods admitted into the FTZ by week over time. The horizontal axis shows weekly dates, while the vertical axis represents the admitted value in dollars. Data points are connected with a line to illustrate changes in admitted value from week to week. In this example, most weeks show relatively low and consistent values, with a few notable spikes where the admitted value increases significantly, making periods of unusually high activity easy to identify. This visual helps the user quickly recognize trends, fluctuations, and outlier weeks in total value admitted.
Duty Spend #

The Duty Spend chart focuses on transaction‑level activity associated with inventory leaving the zone. This section highlights the number of transactions tied to an entry, helping users understand outbound movement volume and the transactional impact of zone activity. The duty spend bar will show you total value by week and the line shows you total duty amount for those shipments.
