Trade Remedies

With a gift for working across cultures, Dan has represented foreign and domestic clients in a variety of complex international trade disputes, including antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings and global “safeguard” investigations. He has successfully represented foreign exporters and manufacturers in achieving significant reductions — or even outright elimination — of duty liability in the clean energy, home appliance, consumer products and heavy industry sectors.
