Job Description
An Analyst is responsible for overseeing a small volume client and be the client liaison for a group
of related projects or the team’s singular client. The Analyst aids in refining team projects and
assists fellow team members with daily processes, industry best practices, related questions, and
challenges.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Validate and audit data for accuracy.
- Communicate with clients and 3rd party service providers through email and phone in order
to obtain pertinent information and resolve discrepancies or other issues. - Utilize client Inventory Control and Record Keeping Systems in order to properly report
inventory movements to CBP.
Qualifications
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Supply Chain Management,
Logistics, or an Operations Management related field is a plus but is not required.
Preferred Experience
- Customs/compliance experience.
- Logistics/Supply Chain experience.
